We started with one client who could not afford a big systems integrator.
Cloudrock Technologies was founded in 2022 to give Nigerian businesses a serious ERP option without enterprise pricing. Today we are a team of twelve delivering ERPNext and Zoho implementations from Lagos, Nigeria.
The story
One delivery became the reference that won the next one.
It began the way most consulting businesses begin, with one client and no brand. A Nigerian company needed to get off spreadsheets and could not justify a large systems integrator. We scoped the work, configured the system, ran the training and supported it after go-live.
What we built after that was less about ERP and more about turning delivery into something repeatable: a discovery process every prospect goes through, a pricing model built from a blended day rate rather than guessed, and a support and hosting base that renews annually instead of starting from zero each year.
Work that used to sit entirely with the founder now runs through colleagues who handle requirement gathering, client briefs and engineering delivery.

Four things we will not trade away.
Scope before price
We will not quote an ERP implementation from a phone call. The questionnaire comes first, always, even when it costs us the speed advantage.
The numbers must be right
A system that produces confident wrong numbers is worse than the spreadsheet it replaced. We reconcile migrated data before we call anything done.
Train the people, not the room
Adoption fails when only the project team understands the system. We train the people who touch it daily, in their own process language.
Stay after go-live
Go-live is the middle of the project, not the end. Support is a named person who knows your configuration, not a queue.

Lagos based, on site when it matters.
ERP work needs people in the room during discovery, training and go-live week. We are in Lagos, Nigeria, and we travel to client sites across the country for the parts of an implementation that cannot be done over a call.
