Scope
End-to-end ERPNext implementation covering the core financial and operational modules, delivered through our standard method: requirements analysis, configuration, data migration, training and post go-live support.
Our work
We are deliberately careful about what we publish on behalf of clients. What follows is what we can say plainly: who is live on our systems, what we built, and the scale of work we compete for now.
End-to-end ERPNext implementation covering the core financial and operational modules, delivered through our standard method: requirements analysis, configuration, data migration, training and post go-live support.
ERP implementation for a pharmaceutical business, where batch and expiry discipline, controlled stock and an auditable trail are not optional extras but the reason the system exists.
ERP implementation for a baking and confectionery manufacturer, covering recipe-driven production, ingredient consumption and the costing that turns a batch into a margin you can actually see.
ERPNext implementation with managed hosting and an annual support agreement, so the system has a named owner on our side rather than reverting to the client's IT once the project closed.
Retail-focused ERP implementation bringing point of sale, stock and the back office onto one ledger, for a business where the counter and the kitchen draw on the same inventory.
Business systems implementation and ongoing support, delivered by the same team that scoped it, which is how we keep the knowledge with the account rather than in a handover document.
Where we are now
We are currently in proposal for a group-wide ERPNext implementation covering four subsidiaries, roughly one hundred and fifty users, across a thirty-week delivery programme with a multi-year support arrangement alongside it.
That is a different class of engagement from where this business started, and it is the direct result of delivering the earlier ones properly. We will publish the detail when it is signed and the client is happy for us to.
ERP implementation only makes sense above a certain company size. There is a very large layer of businesses below that line with the same problems and no affordable answer. Serving that layer properly is the whole business.
Managing Partner, Cloudrock TechnologiesWe will introduce you to a client running a system close to what you need, and you can ask them whatever you like.
